In fact, research shows there will be a 6.44 M worker shortage by 2023, and security industry is one of the areas most affected by this issue. On the other hand, looking at the public safety environment, the number of recognized criminal cases in Japan has turned to an increase for the first time in 20 years. There are also survey results indicating that one-fourth of the population feels that public safety in Japan is not good. In response to this gap, we aim to use the power of AI technology to resolve these challenges and restore safety and comfort to Japan.
To achieve this mission, we launched our siginiture product "AI Security asilla", security support tool equipped with world-class behavioral recognition AI. By transforming existing security cameras into AI-enabled devices, it can provide immediate notifications of abnormal or suspicious behaviors, contributing to the prevention of incidents and accidents.
Currently, its implementation is rapidly expanding to various facilities including large commercial complexes, office buildings, apartments, hospitals, railways, and factories. Moreover, new features such as shoplifting detection and crowd control will be added to create additional value. - Collaborate with our Product Planning and Development General Manager to enhance the functionality and quality of our in-house product, solving client challenges.
- Manage and evaluate the IT development team as a Bridge SE (Software Engineer) in Asilla Vietnam.
- Provide comprehensive support to the General Manager across all phases, from planning to development and operations.
